Deposit

In order to ensure that the proper consideration is given to all of our clients, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure the desired time slot. Scheduling is done on a first deposit basis. Three hour minimum booking.

Cancellation

In order to protect the interests of the studio and its clients, 48 hours notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposit, and a new deposit will be required for future booking.

Collateral

Should any outstanding balance exist upon completion of the job, client's master tapes and all copies shall remain in the custody of 21st Century Recording until full payment has been rendered.

Terms of Agreement

The clock for each session starts ticking at the hour and date that was verbally agreed upon by the client and the studio, whether or not the client is present. For example, if a session was scheduled to begin at 8:00 pm and stays until 11:00 pm, she/he has still used up 3 hours of his/her time.

If a client is more than 45 minutes late without a telephone call, he/she forfeits the $50.00 deposit.

The client is liable for any damage that he/she causes to the studio, studio equipment, or furnishings.

In the event that a scheduled session is interrupted due to equipment malfunction, the studio will reschedule and complete the session as soon as possible. Deposits will not be refunded in this case.

The Block Rate- $350.00 for 10 hours will expire 6 months after the signing of the "Terms of Agreement" contract.
